        Founder & Director

        Sharriff is a dedicated entrepreneur, encourager, and motivator with a strong faith-driven focus on empowering women. With an impressive career spanning 30 years in Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigation and 17 years building her Mary Kay business, Sharriff exemplifies resilience and determination in both her professional and personal pursuits. Sharriff is the Director and Founder of My Shine Is Mine, where she oversees strategic planning and daily operations to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission. She leads the staff, manages resources, and drives program development to achieve key objectives.

        Office Manager

        Robin Thomas serves as the Office Manager at My Shine Is Mine. In this role, she oversees human resources, manages administrative office operations, and provides vital support to the team, ensuring efficient and seamless functioning. Her contributions are essential in maintaining organization and alignment with the organization's mission.

        Toni Grant,

        Operations Manager

        Toni Grant, a University of Arkansas at Little Rock graduate with a Bachelor’s in Public Health and an MBA, brings extensive non-profit experience and a passion for community service to her role as Operations Manager at My Shine Is Mine. Previously, she made a significant impact as a Youth Initiative Program Coordinator at Step Up Support Center. Toni now oversees daily operations and collaborates with the team to advance the organization’s mission.
